After some work, we decided his ears were too big, his hat needed tweaking, the hat tassle looked too much like a loose string, and his arms had too many joints. |

After some slight changes.... Ed came to life!
Seeing our mouse as a living cartoon with a professional level look and a set of style sheets...we were thrilled with the creation of our own cartoon mouse.
Then we were on to the story boards....
